1.1. Shine Cleaning Expert is a registered business operating in Western Australia, providing professional residential and commercial cleaning services.
1.2. All services are carried out by trained, experienced, and police-cleared staff.
1.3. By booking any service with Shine Cleaning Expert, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Bookings can be made via telephone, email, website contact form, or through official social media channels.
2.2. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of services.
2.3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative or travel costs.
2.4. Shine Cleaning Expert reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the client will be notified promptly.
3.1. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. Accepted methods of payment include cash, bank transfer, or invoice (subject to prior arrangement).
3.3. For ongoing or recurring services, invoices may be issued weekly or fortnightly, as per the agreement with the client.
3.4. Shine Cleaning Expert does not accept online payments through its website at this time.
4.1. We strive to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
4.2. Upon verification, we offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected area within 24–48 hours.
4.3. Refunds are not provided; however, every reasonable effort will be made to resolve any issues to the client’s satisfaction.
5.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date and time.
5.2. If access is not provided or is significantly delayed, Shine Cleaning Expert reserves the right to charge a call-out or waiting fee.
6.1. Shine Cleaning Expert is fully insured for public liability.
6.2. In the unlikely event of damage or loss caused by our staff, we will promptly investigate and work with the client to resolve the issue fairly.
6.3. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions,
- Items that are unstable, fragile, or improperly installed,
- Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the provision of services.
7.1. Shine Cleaning Expert reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where:
- Conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary,
- There is evidence of illegal activity,
- Staff encounter abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior.
8.1. Shine Cleaning Expert reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The most current version will always be available upon request and on our official website (if applicable).
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
